Can I buy a rental for my SAAQ road test in a branch?
Yes it's possible!
However, we encourage online shopping to limit contact. If you prefer to make your purchase in a branch, rest assured, we respect Public Health recommendations!
Here is the list of health measures that we have put in place:
- We only accept a few people simultaneously in our rental office.
- A protective plexiglass screen has been installed in front of our counters.
- You must disinfect your hands as soon as you enter a branch.
- We favor contactless payment. Our terminals are disinfected after each payment.
- Remember that you must wear your mask at all times indoors!
In the red zone, can I rent a car for my exam which will take place soon?
Of course! We ensure the availability of a disinfected vehicle on the day of your examination. Remember to bring your mask, as you must wear a mask to do your exam.
What are your sanitary measures in place for the rental of your cars?
On the day of your exam, if you have not already collected your rental coupon from a branch, please take note of the above-mentioned hygiene measures to be observed.
During your exam, wearing a mask is mandatory. You will also need to disinfect your hands before your exam. Your assessor also has specific hygiene measures to follow. He will let you know before your exam.
The vehicles are carefully disinfected between each customer, by an agent from our rental center.
